Participants
Should a participant’s action or non-action cause an injury or damage to others. The Liability Insurance will protect all insured parties. Should the participant be injured the Accident Medical Coverage  will respond.

Spectators
Should a spectator be injured or their property damaged a participant, the liability policy will provide coverage for all injured parties.

Volunteers
Should a volunteer’s actions or non-action cause an accident or injury. The event organizer, sponsors and municipality may be named in a lawsuit. Liability coverage will protect them all.

Sponsors
Most sponsors require the team, league or association to provide them Liability Protection, should they be named in a lawsuit against the team, league or association participant.

Municipalities and Facilities
Most municipalities and other facilities that a team, league or association may use are requiring Liability Insurance to protect themselves from the cost of legal representation and damages should they be named in a law suit against the team, league or association.  Municipalities and other facilities will require a Certificate of Insurance naming them as additional insured under the Events Liability Policy.
